Which sign-in methods are supported?

Moon Mood supports email verification codes, Sign in with Apple, and Google. Phone-number sign-in and linking are not available. If an email code does not arrive, check your spam folder and try again later.

How are mood entries saved?

When signed in, your selected mood, optional note, and practice records are saved to your account for the mood calendar and monthly review. Practice content can still be viewed while signed out.

Which mindfulness practices are included?

The app includes 60 Seconds Back to Now, Longer Exhale, a three-minute body scan, three-line mood writing, and moon meditation. Practices range from one to ten minutes.

Does moon meditation predict emotions?

No. The moon phase is only a pacing cue for a practice. It is not used to explain or predict emotions, and the app does not provide astrology, horoscopes, or fortune telling.

Can these practices replace therapy?

No. Mood records and mindfulness practices support everyday relaxation and self-reflection. They are not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or other professional advice. Seek qualified support for persistent distress.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Me → Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account, read the notice, and confirm. If you cannot sign in, contact support from your registered email.
