Content, source, and calculation correction policy

How to report an error, what evidence helps, and how verified corrections are recorded. We correct verifiable errors and clarify material ambiguity. A correction request is evaluated against the page's input data, settings, cited sources, and revision history—not against whether a reading feels personally agreeable.Last updated · 2026-08-24

What to send

Email kefu{'@'}xingpantong.com with the page URL, the exact statement or output, why it appears wrong, and any supporting record or reproducible settings.

  • For a chart: date, time, location, time zone, zodiac, house system, and relevant settings.
  • For a source: the conflicting record, publication details, and where it can be verified.
  • For translation or terminology: the visible text, locale, and preferred correction with context.

How we evaluate reports

We first reproduce the issue, then distinguish a data error, software defect, source conflict, translation problem, or reasonable interpretive disagreement.

  • Calculation or security defects receive priority.
  • A factual correction updates the affected page and revision date.
  • A disputed record may remain visible with a provenance warning when no source resolves the conflict.
  • Interpretive disagreement alone is not presented as a factual correction.

Change record

Material corrections should identify what changed and when. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be applied without a separate public note. We do not silently restore a claim after its supporting source has been withdrawn or disproved.

Privacy

Do not email full identity documents or unnecessary private birth records. Send the minimum evidence needed, redact unrelated fields, and use the account privacy process for personal-data requests.
