These terms apply to AstroMaster (星盘通) web, Android, and iOS services provided by Douyue Technology (shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Please read them before using the service. Features and paid offerings depend on the platform and version you use.
The service
AstroMaster offers profiles and charts, personalized horoscopes, AI conversations, tarot and other divination tools, astrology reports, mood records, and meditation. Content is for reference and self-reflection. It does not guarantee events or outcomes or replace medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
Accounts and use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You may not act unlawfully, infringe others' rights, commit fraud, interfere with the service, or access systems without authorization.
Membership and paid services
Some features are free; some reports, Star Coins, and membership benefits require payment. A subscription is not required for every feature. Digital purchases in the Android app use Google Play, and those in the iOS app use the Apple App Store. Website purchases follow the website checkout terms. Prices, currency, billing periods, benefits, and offer eligibility are shown before purchase and on the platform confirmation screen.
Automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew and charge for the selected billing period until canceled. Manage them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in Apple Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available for the current period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your AstroMaster account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and exceptions follow the purchase platform rules and applicable law; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Health and safety
Mood records and practices are not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or legal, financial, or other professional advice, and no particular improvement is promised. Decide for yourself whether to continue based on how you feel.
Intellectual property and contact
